Ripoff billing false charges outrages bills yes classaction i am in tulsa oklahoma City

I have had several services and never had the fun i had with cingular went from a 65.00 month bill to a 550.00 bill every month because of "follow me" charges??? These are for when you change towers so your voice mail will follow you. Ok. Anyway for 3 months i had to call and set on the phone to get these staight usualy 1-2 hours then one month the lady that would not give anything to id her so i may revert back to her told me that i owed all the charges and that i would pay it or else OK.

So i told her they had broken the contact with me for no service and that i would shut the phone off well she did right then!

So i went to court and filed a breech of contract in small claims for the 300.00 they charged me for them turning off my phone. Went before the judge and she told me they would have to sue me i could not sue them? So now i have this on my credit. Oh and the funny thing is my bill was 567.00 i paid the normal fee which was 67.00 now if i owed the 567.00 what happened to the other 500.00? They have not said anything more about it they just want me to pay the 300.00 for turning off my service.
