On 18 September we paid ANTARA WIJAYA SDN. BHD (Sales World Malaysia) $558 for some cameras to be sent to Australia. We found this merchant on Alibaba.com.

We were advised that the cameras were sent, and given a tracking number for the courier World Link Express (www.worldlinkexpress.com).

A day later we received an email from World Link Express to advise that our goods were held in customs, and that we needed to pay another $319 in order for them to be released to us.

When we tried to contact ANTARA WIJAYA SDN. BHD (Sales World Malaysia) again to see why this happened, we found that their Alibaba.com account had been closed, and they were no longer responding to emails.
