Ripoff, Delivered defective equipment and failed to stand behind warranty

Defective DVD Dispenser equipment was delivered and they were unable to repair it and unwilling to send a techinician back to repair it, change my location closer to home due to all the service necessary or refund my money.

I am currently attempting repair through hiring a very good technician. However this brand new machine never worked correctly and AED has now closed their doors taking everyones money and leaving everyone hanging without any software backup, technical support or password access to enable repairs.

If my technician is able to unravel and repair it, I will circulate his name as a reference.
