C3bb Citizens communications internet is not what is advertised

Hello everyone, i will start from the beginning. About 3 years ago or so, when c3bb first started their broadband services. When we first got the services the speed test ran approx 600-750kb/s down 400-600 kb/s up, Now that was amazing for me and i had no issue with this. As i am a vast video gamer and do alot of communications over the internet. Now with living in the middle of nowhere i know i wont be able to get a T1 line or anything of that matter, all im looking for is a connection that is reliable and what is advertised. Now im on the same 512kb/s up and down connection i was when these services started which is the fastest availible from this company in my area. About 6 months or maybe a little later after we got our service the speeds started to drasticly drop. Now when i say drasticly i mean now days we sometimes cant even break dial up speeds, sometimes the speed test sites error because we dont have enough bandwith being recognized. Isnt that pathetic? I have contacted thier support so many times of the years i have grown tired of thier excuses whether it be from "this service has a very burstable connection" to "there is an overcast today" to "sir, your speeds look fine to us". Hell sometimes thier support line doesnt even get answered. Remember this isnt an actual internet company this isp is ran by the city of scottsburg. Anyways, When my 512kb/s connection cant break a 50kb/s something is deffinatly wrong. Thier website offers "fast" "affordable" and "reliable" internet, this internet is nothing of the sort for $35. The only reason i have kept this internet for so long is because i dont have any other options, but that still isnt an excuse to abuse us as their custumers. What else can i do? They wont help me.
