DITTO - same issues with our 'great deal' 32" FLAT TV... Hopefully no one else will waste their money on this brand!!! Like most, we really need to watch how we spend our money & this should have still delivered a picture after a few short months. No reset button found, no special tricks to make it work - just a very pretty blue nite light for $300: (I now completely understand the concept of
'you get what you pay for' from this experience... So now we're stuck with this tempormental paper weight, for now. Ann in NY
