Daxmart free shipping scam - Nikon Coolpix Camera

Following up on the purchase status. After 5 days I was able to contact them after waiting 11 minutes on the phone for a real person to answer. This unfriendly person told me that they had told me, and that the website stated, that the product would be shipped after 3 business days. Also, since I had requested the free shipping, it would take another 7 to 10 business days to arrive. Meanwhile, I have wrote 2 mails to customer service requesting an update, and no response to the mails yet.
