R43ds.org I ordered a R4 chip for my nintendo 3ds and they said it would take 10 to 15 business days and i stilll got nothing from them. They don't have a number and don't respond to email

I ordered a R4 chip for my nintendo 3ds
supposed to take 10-15 business days. Have not received anything. I tried emailing them but they don't respond. I believe they are in canada. They did tell me when i contacted them and the only time. That it would have to go thru customs. So I did find the some address on my statement. It said ontario... I think. So it must be canada. So pissed. I don't want them to get away with it.
