Beware shopping at - hh gregg

Horrible experience at hh gregg. People please listen and learn from me. Go anywhere but to this store... They broke there butt to make the sale and treated me like a king. Then 3 weeks after the sale when I had a problem it was a totally different story. They really could care less. One of the biggest song and dances I have ever heard, Terrible I felt as if I had been raped! A defective Television which is either discontinued or back ordered was to be replaced by the manufacture with a refund from them to the store... They told me it had to be approved thru there corporate headquarters. Are you freaking kidding me? No compassion at all. Please take your $ elsewhere. I will never go to that place again. I will wait on the manufacture to replace my TV. The worst experience of my life.
