Samsung grey dot in the middle of screen, will not fix

Electronics and household app.

I have a grey dot in the middle of my screen on my 46" Samsung UN46C8000 3D LED television that I and every person who has seen my tele in person can see and people from two different repair centers. I have been fighting to get it fixed since my warranty ran out in March. I also had the three month extension when you register your tele online, that they tell me they cannot find and there is no record of me registering or getting the three month extension. I had to send them photos of the dot several times and I even sent them a link to a video I made of me taking the photos. You can clearly see it in the photos and the video, yet they still refuse to fix it. I tried asking to be transferred to the "panel evaluation department/team" that denied me two or three times now to ask if I can try to get re-evaluation. But customer service says there is no way for me to contact them and I am pretty much out of luck and there is nothing I can do.

My tele also had electrical and motherboard issues that I finally got fixed, but I am still out of luck on the panel. I just want them to fix it under the now expired warranty and I have not idea what to do. Here are links to the youtube video and all the photos I have sent Samsung on Flickr, so you can decide for yourself. If you can see the dot in the YouTube video click the like button and write a comment that you can see the dot please and thank you.
