Chris Frederick has had my modified Xbox controller for over 9 months. He was suppose to repair item but kept giving me the run around and eventually began ignoring my emails. He even went as far as taunting me for needing a special controller as I am an Iraq war veteran. He now works for microsoft. I have been unable to resolve this issue and I gave Chris many opportunities to make things right. I have all if our e-mails saved to prove my claim.
