I ordered a cell phone from Liberty because they had a good selection of phones and rate plans, and it was all pre-paid meaning no contracts or credit checks.
Unfortunately, the phone they sent me was not the phone I ordered and when I called to find out the status of the phone I wanted, they told me it was "temporarily out of stock". They suggested I could exchange the phone I had for another one. Neither model was one of the seven phones to pick from on their website, so I wonder if they send anyone the right phone?
Anyway I cancelled and sent the phone back almost a month ago and I'm still waiting for my refund. I have begun calling them regularly and will do so until the refund shows up. I have since taken my business to a more established company and I suggest the same strategy to everyone!
