Ripoff This company is the worst i've ever had to deal with in my entire life!

This company is the worst i've ever had to deal with in my entire life. They will not fix my big screen tv that I bought from them for $2000!! I also paid for the extended warrauntee but why bother buying a $300 extended warrauntee if they don't honor it! What's even worse is that after thier repair man came to fix the problem he then made the problem worse than it was!!!

So I call a second time this other repair idiot comes out and says that the problem is with the tv's feature itself and that Toshiba says that the auto focus feature requires that you manually fix the convergence, what a joke!!!

Now they won't come to fix it unless I pay the repair bill because 2 service techs say it can't be fixed!!! I complained to thier corporate office, they won't help eitherjust gave me the run around, making me hold for 1 hour! Saying that you will just have to live with it, can you beleive that!!! I can't beleive these people have been in business for this long! I would like to know how to sue these a*holes and get my tv repaired!!!
