I paid the fee with the understanding that unlocking my phone would be fast and easy. For my money I received an email with 10 pages of methods that I could use to try and unlock my phone. None of them worked. My last email from them suggested a method that would erase all of the data on my phone and at the bottom of the email it said if that didn't work to contact them again. Fast? Easy? Not at all. I would like a refund, but in order to get one I have to send them a video of me trying all of the methods they suggested. So not only will I lose all of the data on my phone, I have to go buy a video camera and get someone to video me screwing up my phone. Sounds like a joke doesn't it?
