They are not honoring 30 day trial period

I registered to get a elegant new telephone and was handed A - 30 day test interval that we loved. The telephone came damaged and after results etc I'll be fortunate to truly have a day-to check out the brand new gear. I want the test period when I reside in a place with questionable party. I had been informed the test time began as soon as I registered for that gear vs as soon as I really had working gear with which to test it out! Is the fact that what some pen pusher truly regarded as the nature of the present? You'd not think the various factors I had been provided for not allowing this easy sensible demand - to begin my test when I really had working gear with which to test it.

One boss really attributed it on the “legal agreement with Samsung”. After I named Samsung, they chuckled and refused this ridiculous manufacturing of the reality.
