I bought a toaster from their website through Amazon.com. They delivered me the wrong product, required them permanently to reply my emails, they offered me a runaround for greater than a month, plus they desired to cost me delivery costs both methods along with a restocking charge for that item they delivered incorrect...

They're completely reckless vendors who wish to earn money out-of you even if they create a mistake. Keep your money, nor buy from their website.
