I've purchased a samsung cellular design number. Legend 2 (GT-S5263). I’m obtaining a issue of this telephone when i start websites like song. Pk, youtube, gmail etc. And so I visited samsung middle (Technocare, noida sec-27, near noida sec. 18 metro stop) they'd examined two-time hand-to-hand and three times I'd posted on support center rough 20 times. However they could’nt resolve this issue and department supervisor has explained we're not receiving what's the issue of the telephone.

That’s why i advised for them when there is not answer this telephone so please substitute this telephone but department supervisor explained I'll keep in touch with my mature noida samsung department manager mr. Sandeep then I'll respond u, alos I've spoken to mr. Sandeep he's explained you'll get correct answer withing two-three times but i didnt get any answer of the telephone. They're alwasy slowing this issue.

I complain morethan 20 occasions on samsung middle however they didn’t provided me-any means to fix my protest. Therefore please resolve my protest the moment possible.
