Electronics and household app.
We sold their products and a customer owned unit was returned for a non functioning problem. Now we are getting a bill for the defective unit repair. Was given many stories why they wont make good on the warranty, After numerous calls now all they do is hang up on us.
Great professionalism, all for a $69 dollar power supply that was faulty. I'm sure they will continue to give many reasons to their customers why they wont repair gear under warranty as they did to us.
Look forward to many excuses and claims...
