Series 5000 LED TV Mac Address Problem

The mac address problem is rated amongst the most common problem a customer is faced with in the TV product range. I cannot use the All Share feature which is a feature Samsung claim the tv comes with. My tv is now out of warranty and I am faced with PAYING for something that never worked due to Samsungs fault! As confirmed by Samsung tech, a component is missing in the main board and the board needs replacing. Pay for something that was never there!

Shows why is the market leader! They honour what they claim!

Lets be reasonable... Not every one will use each and every feature a product has to offer but being deceitful and advertising a feature that does not work, now thats being ridiculous! Sad part is Samsung is probably hoping that the rest of the customers dont use the feature so they dont have to do a recall... Have a brand new 26"led and a 22"led TV that I am scared of evening opening after my experience with the SAMSUNG LED I currently use...

Sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company. Plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
