Your issues all sound comparable. I bought a fridge which came broken. The shop mentioned they'd deliver an upgraded fridge door and touch-up color within the time being. Neither came. Then I recognized the fridge was freezing anything. 1 week after buying the system it's being fixed. I named the shop in paramus again. Ola said they'd contact me back Mon and obtain me a brand new device. Even today no body has delivered my phone. You know what? The system continues to be cold anything so today I've to obtain it fixed another period. Posted a charge-back via Amex.
