Floyd - manager when i called he use to always say call on tuesday to pick your ipod up and when i didd it wasnt their then he will say it int come on the truck

Greetings i took my ipod 2nd generation 32mega bite on September 23 and. When i dropped it off they wanted me to make a payment so they can order part. So i signed a wavier made payment and ask when it will be ready the manager on duty stated one week cause they get shipment in every week. So week past me by i went to the shop and it was not available for pick up so, I asked why? He the manager told me my part have not came in yet... This has been going on for way to long. Then i made it a habit calling every week still no luck... Months and months has past. I went to the shop and ask for monies and ipod they told me no. I do not understand.
