Ripoff, said they would cancel order, but shipped anyway, no returns, I'm stuck

Wanted to order a digital camera. They quoted prices on the phone higher than those posted on the website. I said to cancel the order, to which salesman responded "no problem". They billed my credit card and shipped the camera anyway.

I called them to explain THEIR mistake, and was told it was no mistake and they don't allow returns on cameras.

I am convinced that the salesman processed the order out of spite because he was angry I didn't complete the order at the higher prices.

I will never deal with this outfit again.
