Savology / Support Squad Universal Protection Program
Savology/Support Squad - Free For All! Get a new modem and router free after mail in rebate is a complete scam

Electronics and household app.

This business is an utter scam. They should be brought up on fraud charges and shut down.in August of googled "charter communications" and was unknowingly directed to a company called Savology. Believing that I was dealing directly with Charter, I listened to the special offer the salesman was pitching for a free Modem/Router after mail in rebate. It sounded like a decent offer, but they needed to charge the cost of the modem/router to my card and then would mail a check out afterwards.

I agreed to accept the offer and scheduled an appointment to have the technician come out to set up my internet. Everything went fine, I saved all of the paperwork and on August 19 I mailed in the rebate. Their rebate form stated "Allow up to four weeks for your reimbursement check to arrive." No problem. I waited and waited for my rebate check and finally in October called Charter. I explained the situation to them and they told me I needed to contact Savology since they were the company who I made the agreement with.
