In Phonic rip-off! Replacement, refund!

I ordered a phone from liberty wireless it took the 7 days like they said to get me the phone but when I got the phone it was a piece of crap. It dropped all the calls it would lose sound so they told me to send them the phone so I could get a replacement phone I did and I have yet to receive my phone it has been over a month now.

I call daily and they tell me its in the shipoing department getting ready to b shiupped but it still hasnt been shipped. Today when i called they told me that that they didnt have ne more of my phone in stock so they would send me out one similar the phone they are sending is not equal value so I asked would I be given the difference they told me thats not possible. I'm thinking about taking them to court. Now that I see I'm not the only one this has happened to.
