Bob Rosinski Manufacturing charging stations in the clouds

I have been trying to get a residential charging station fom EV Chargeamerica. The product was in the 30 amp/240v category and was in the 650$ range. I was in contact with Bob Rosinski on and off for almost 3 months by e-mail or through his cell phone. Nobody ever answered the phone at 702 696 1600.

I had noticed suspicious elements. He would ship C.O.D. Only, no Pay Pal account or credit card payment possible. The internet site was rather elaborate but I rapidly discovered it was a one man show. There was not even a form to fill to order. I could not believe he would ship from a verbal order.

There were technical details that I found unacceptable like using an electric range plug (50 amp) with one of the pins unused (for 120v). The unit had the same input and output amp capacity suggesting there was no real internal breaker. No UL acceptance yet. Pending. But stil, it could do the job and I waited! Once He told me he was waiting for cords...

When I checked, there were several complaints filed at the BBB of Las Vegas pertaining to shipping delays. Recently no more contact even on the cell or by e-mail.

It is hard to imagine that somebody would nowadays have the nerves to create an elaborate internet site with a pompous name without any substance to it, namely no product to offer or a non approved or unsafe product. I do not have proof of a dishonest undertaking. The whole thing though is pure nonsense.
