I was on a quest to find a good electronic Cigarette. Well do not buy this one. First my customer service rip off. On their website it says that they sell their products at Walgreens. SO there I went to purchase their newest premium starter kit. When I got there, I asked the clerk if the pack I had in my hand was the newest premium pack. He told me that yes it was the newest one. The box only says: blu starter kit. It does not say whether it is the Original starter kit or the premium. So I bought it... And of course it was the original not the premium. I tried to return it at Walgreens, but they told me they can not refund any tobacco products. So I called Blucigs. The customer service rep was very nasty. She tole me that they do not sell the premium pack in stores, only online. Yet it does not say this on their site. I asked if there was a way I could return it with my receipt. She replied no. I then referred to the 100% money back guarantee. She told me that such guarantee only covers the products sold online not in stores. So if you are not 100% satisfied. Your guarantee is out the window. Too bad. If you buy from the store... I guess you have no right to be happy. So I am stuck with something I did not want and spent over 60 bucks for it. Imagine, if I had the premium pack. They would make so much money off of me buying replacement cartridges, but they do not care.

On top of it. The battery on each cigg really dies so quickly. A few puffs and you have to change it out. There are many other alternatives out there, and I will choose one. I wish they were more descriptive and that they cared about making all customers happy, not just the online customers. I did not want my money back... I wanted the premium pack instead of what I bought. They could have accommodated me somehow. But they chose not to. They rather people find out that they should purchase products elsewhere. I wish someone from Blucigs would see this and respond to fix my issue. Maybe their premium pack is better, but perhaps I will never know. I called customer care on 2/3, and that is when it unfolded. At this point I am disgusted.
