I placed an order with this company on Jan. 20 (it is now 1/30). The money was immediately withdrawn from my account. The information stated that I would receive an email within 48 hours of shipping (which usually takes place within 36 hours).
After the 36 and 48 hours past, I attempted to reach them through their contact page on their website - I did this 4 times and never received an answer. I then emailed the the "professional third party company" who is the liason between the customer and the website - after 3 attempts at emailing them I still have no answer. Not even an acknowledgement of receipt was returned.
The third party liason is www.fashionpay.com and can be reached at service1@fashionpay.com. This is quite infuriating and I would really like to get to the bottom of this apparent fraud and to warn others.
