P C Paging
Ripoff A victim of Fraud

On or about Jan 21 I was in the process of buying a house and had to pull my credit report. When I recieved my credit report I found that someone had opened an account with P C paging. I called P C paging and they told me that i needed to file a police report, which i did. I then went to P C paging and got a copy of all the paperwork so that I could see exactly what was on it. They didn't have my address, drivers license, and phone number correct. The person working at the desk told me that they could not open an account without an I.D. This would mean the account was fraud!

So I called and talked to the owner of P C paging (Patrick) and he was totally nasty and pretty much said I was screwed, he didn't care how they did it or who did it! He said That I owed them $200.00 and that I was stuck paying it.

Well I didn't do it and I have proof so therefor I am not paying it and not buying a house either! The morgage company told me that it really needed to be taken care of. I didn't want something that should be considered fraud to mess up a 30 year home loan!

About 3 months went buy and I called them again and it still was the same BS so I let it go and decided I would just cut my losses and be done with it.

I am again looking at buying a new house and when pulling my credit report found not only was the collection report from P C paging on there, but it had been reported twice, like it wasn't bad enough that the one was already on there. I figure it had been 3 years and just maybe he would try to be an honest person and fix the problem.

So I called Patrick the owner of P C paging again. He was the same nasty disrespectful person that he was 3 years ago. He still remembered me and didn't care who I was or what I wanted!

He said that he was still standing by what he had told me and that not to ever call him again. I am at the end of my rope. I have been trying to resolve this matter for 3 years and buy a house but I just don't know what to do! I know I was a victim of fraud. Please Help!!!
