Oh my, where do I begin... I could write a book on all the numerous issues that our business has had with Norvergence. We entered into a contract with them back in early 2003 and boy it's been such a hassle since then. Although they appear to offer an unbeatable deal, service is pathetic... And heaven help you if you have a problem. We have regional & long distance calling solutions with them, including a supposed "unlimited cellular calling plan" and "free" high-speed internet as well.

We have had all our cell phones shut off without warning, and it took over a month to get our cells back. We spent hours and hours on the phone trying to get the issue resolved. I couldn't even begin to count the number of phone calls to customer service. It had to be over 200 times!!! However, we had to get new numbers several times... The hassle and confusion with clients and employees was unbelievable.

Just recently, all of our long-distance & regional calling from LAN lines was shut off!!! They gave some lame excuse about the regional and long-distance calling being with Qwest and a nationwide outage, but when I called Qwest, they knew nothing of such an outage. I think it's just another example of the unbelievably pathetic customer service from Norvergence.

The Matrix SOHO box at one of our locations recently stopped working, and after several calls and several weeks, it still is not working, preventing internet communication via their system.

The free unlimited calling with cell phones and/or LAN lines is a lie!!! We have received unusual and vague charges for items that weren't even used (such as "Cell PHone Internet") or calls that should have been "free" despite a signed contract between our company and theirs

As mentioned, I could write a book on the problems with them, but this just summarizes a few of the major issues, some still outstanding today.

This comany is absolutely horrible to do business with. I can't stress it enough, and it is not worth the hassle!!! Go with your phone company's unlimited calling plan instead of these guys.
