Buyer beware when thinking of buying from this company. They do not deliver the product

I wish I had found out about purchasing from this company before they took my money. I ordered a controller for my son's birthday. The product has not come. The confirmation reciept is VERY vague. There is no shipping tracking or confirmation whatsoever. You cannot track your order for shipping once it is placed. They do not return phone calls or emails. The phone calls "loop" during the day so you cannot reach a real person. Please contact the Tampa Florida Police Dept and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Also, cancel your credit card if you have made a purchase and it was not honored. The company cannot be contacted to honor a refund. I have filed a fraud complaint with VISA on them as well.
