Imran Mirza Did not ship paid for electronic items, issues bogus tracking numbers for items that never shipped

Like many other complaints against Imran Mirza & Electronicsdealz.com, my story is the same and I do not understand why they get away with this. Answers Please?

Placing orders thru Sears in good faith, dealing with a worthless 3rd party supplier in AZ, who by the way issues bogus shipping tracking numbers for your goods that really never shipped.

My email address I have for dealing with this form in Az appears like you are dealing with Sears,
however that is false as well.

Sears on the other hand is unwilling to help in this dispute, yet is still selling online items thru Sears website dealing with this scam of a supplier.

I have the email address that this Mr Imran answers if at all helpful.
