Quibids Shopping refined I won a TV 32 Inch Panasonic and after paying I waited and a week before Dec. 25 it was cancelled

Quibids.com has been ripping me off for months. I finally won a 32inch Panasonic TV and paid for the shipping and waited 2 weeks and they told me it was processed on the 9th of December. After I won it on the 2nd of Dec. I waited another week an a half and finally I found out on my e-mail that the people had to cancel it. They offered me my money back or gave me a few choices to buy something else.

Since I was promised that TV and it was a present for my husband I didn't want anyething back but another TV if they really where a good company that cares about thir customers. They needed gave me the money back but they gave me 801 bids for my troubles. I've bought more but I only have 501 left. I can't seem to win anything when it goes down to 1second and changes dfferent names so you never win anything. I told them I was sick and tied of them cheating me all the time. They always have an answer for everything but it only suites them. I would like to see these people start treating people with respect and quick stealing their money. When someone gets down to 1second they should but Sold to that person.
