I bought a Envision Monitor at Comp Usa back in January.

I sent them all the paper work they asked.

I went to the web site and saw that the mailed the check I thought great. Well after 2 weeks I called them and asked why I didn't receive my check. They told me that since I moved they have a policy they don't forward the check. They acted like I should have known this. I said how would I know this I have never delt with your company before.

So they re-issued the check in April they said allow 6-8 week for processing. Now I have allready waited my 6-8 weeks the first time around. Now I have to wait another 6 -8 weeks. I have e-mailed them and every time they say they are processing.

Now I have done rebates with other companies and they forward their rebates and when they say allow 6 -8 weeks they mean you will receive it in that time frame. Not Evision it takes them forever to get their processing done. Well I called and said that 8 weeks is up she said we are backed up so it may take longer. I have waited and waited for them and I get no answers. Of course I will pester and pester them about it, I just don't get why they cannot give me a straight answer.
