Product received not as advertised Internet

I ordered a Platronics M-100-G that was advertised as new product pictured in a blister pack with a usb lanyard and instruction booklet. What I received was a product in a ziploc bag with a wall plug, no book or lanyard.

I called and was told it was not new but for $99 more I could get a new one. I do not know if this qualifies as bait and switch, but it seems to me it does. I said no and asked for a refund including return postage. I was told to send it back and I would get both.

I did not get the postage refunded and when I called I was told that they never refund return postage. When I said that I was told different I was hung up on.

This happened in September and even the BBB could not get ahold of anyone, but the BBB has the company information about this matter on their website.

I just don't want anyone else ripped off by this company.
