Changed my bill without my knowledge

We registered for 3G/4G web over this past year and were ignorant that by December the support was stopped. Based on a "SUPERVISOR" they sent a notice declaring the the modifications were likely to occur. Obviously we never obtained the notice both. Bear in mind that people have now been devoted Run clients for more than ten years without any problems ACTUALLY developing. The organization transformed our plan-without our understanding and added on the 500 buck cost after doing this declaring that people went "within the restriction of utilization". After speaking with somebody that recognized them-self like a supervisor I had been fortunate enough to discuss a that will reduce our statement in two, therefore today we owe them $250 in the place of $500. I can not think that the corporation could possibly get away with being thus dishonest. We're presently starting an incident using the greater business agency and National Communication Fee to beg our situation and ideally look for a quality for this issue with Run.
