Andrew Firstenberg cell This guy should lose his business license!

Firstenberg sold us a spectrophotometer with specific features. We paid and was shipped an entirely different unit. Andy admitted the mistake and told us he didn't have another one like the one we were supposed to get. Offered full refund and paid to have wrong unit shipped back. That was July 12. It is now January 4 and all he has send is $1100 of the $2200 he owes us.
We have repeatedly contacted him and filed a complaint with the BBB. He has continually lied about the balance of the refund. I would not recommend this business to anyone and he should not be stripped of his right to do business.
I'm not to sure he didn't use the "bait & switch" method in the first place. His intial listing was fraudulent.
