Horrible and Rude Customer Service

The customer service represenatives are unproffesional and rude. They do not want to resolve your issues and hang up on you when you call to try and resolve outstanding issues. They lie to you and tell you things that arent true as well as do not notate the account approriately so when you call back you have to explain the issue all over again. They are liars and will cheat you out of your money and will charge you erroneously for things you did not order. I do not trust them and think they are a scandellous company. Worst customer service ever for any cell phone company I think they should be bought out by a more reputable company.
