Horrible service, delays, ripoff

I sent in my iphone 4 32gb about 2 months ago and have yet to receive any sort of payment at all. Apparently when i contacted the company they had misplaced my information because even though I talked to them directly about the issue and they had me in their system, today I find out that is no longer the case and so basically they just took my phone.
