Non-Working Recovery Discs After Hard Drive Failure

Very unhappy customer. They refuse to fix their own errors. After paying them for recovery discs, they don't work, the hard drive failed, they replaced it but tell me I have to buy a disk from Toshiba. I think they should buy it, refund my money for the recovery disc, and apologize to me.
