I ordered the 7" netbook with wifi for my 8yr old as a xmas present from SANTA and rec'd a 7" netbook with NO wifi. Needless to say, my 8yr old is askin me why did SANTA give me a computer that DOESN'T WORK? When trying to contact the Co. So called "5 star" customer support I get nothing. I'm on hold for 5 min and have to leave messages in which I get no return calls. I have also emailed the complaints and AGAIN no responses. I will be contacting everyone and anyone to make sure this Co. Is held accountable for their actions.
