False advertising! Rip-off! Refusal to ship accessory listed in ad as included and won't give a refund., New York City

I purchased a Kodak EasyShare DX6490 Digital Camera on May 2 based on the internet advertisement at hotbuyselectronics.com that clearly stated:

"Our Price Includes the following Accessories: KODAK EASYSHARE Camera Dock 6000..."etc."

But it was not included in my shipment. They refused to send it and won't give me a compensating refund. I paid $399.98 plus tax for the camera and listed accessories which was not the lowest advertised price on the net for the total package.

The Dock has a (Kodak) list price of $79.95 and I have to purchase it elsewhere because of Hotbuyselectronics false advertising and their manager Tom Carruso's refusal to even admit an error much less to correct it.
