Fraud, Saves one time credit card information ripoff

I have been a customer of Dish Netowrk for 5 months now, always paid my bill using 1 time Credit Card payment. Then the one month I could not afford to pay it they decided to take my one time credit card information and use it to authorize themselves to take the money out not even the full balance, does not even bother to re-activate my service.

Then I see it on my cc statement and I call them and they say they can do that. The only way they could do it is if I were to give them my card for automated payments or a 1 time payment in which 1 time ONLY they charged my account then tell me if I want service I have to pay the rest or they will take it out on their own to re-activate it OR I could cancel my service and they will take out $250.00 for cancellation!

They have had no authorization to bill my credit card I have always recieved the bill in the mail then called and made a 1 time payment! Where is it allowed that they can do this? Not in the contract but they say it is!
