Poor service by deale

We are federal mogul, HQ in Michigan, having business in india.in India we hv eurotherm dealer - Netsquare Automation Pvt Ltd whose services are proveed to be very poor & hence we contacted Neutech, Jaipur & inducted into our vendor master list. There is an objection from Netsquare against appoint of Neutech claiming our area falls under netsquare's perview. We gain tax benefits if if buy from neutech as they are in same state. Pl intervne and ask Neutech to accept our purchase orders else we hv to opt for alternate for eurotherm products.
