Ripoff phone replacement plan is a scam, our phone is out of stock and they will send us whatever phone model they want Internet

Electronics and household app.

My wife recently dropped her phone and damaged it. We have had the Lockline replacement plan since the beginning of our plan. We thought we'd be able to get a replacement for the phone.

Unfortunately, the phone she has is on backorder, with no information on when it will be available. So, you ask, what did they offer us? Whatever the Verizon warehouse picks for us.

Can I get a choice? No, that's not their policy.

I talked to customer service, then his manager Mary Jane, then her manager Mark. Mark told me that I had to accept whatever they offered me as a replacement. He offered no alternatives or help.

I wasn't asking for a better phone, an upgrade, or a free phone. I just wanted to be able to choose which phone we would be given as a comparable model.

Mark, the manager, was unapologetic and very unhelpful. If the wireless companies want to move forward and replace the landlines they MUST improve customer service.
