Breached Contract

Electronics and household app.

The company cut off my phone from the network without warning or any notification after, this was in breach of a contract I was paying around 20 a month for. After about three hours in total using the customer service hotline on several different occasions I found out that not only were the staff contradicting but unhelpful. Condescending and dismissive were qualities found more often than not, but some of the staff tried at least.

I also went into two separate branches of Orange, where they proceeded to waste approximately half an hour each to check my phone (assuming I was lying when I said that I did exactly the same procedure that they were doing), which was a waste of time as it was a problem with the network. They still haven't fixed the problem, and it is as if they don't see it in their interest to do so - I am locked into a contract they have breached and a feature I use heavily is being wasted.

Orange are no more expensive than any other mobile network, but their service is completely inadequate and in my problem they have yet to find someone to come forward with the competence to solve it. Don't buy with Orange as you will regret it in the long run.
