RUDE customer support group. Bought an Apple LCD screen, had it professionally installed, didn't work. Shipped it back. Bought a second monitor, had it professionally installed, didn't work. It took too long to ship it back. Asked if they would give some consideration due to the fact that I paid to have 2 of their broken montiors shipped to me, paid to have them installed and they both didn't work. Girl told me do to the math as if I was a child and needed some. When I asked to speak to her supervisor, she gave me Steve Harper's name. I held for him. She transferred the message by saying, I'm sure he will be your biggest fan. Bottom line, the monitor was out of warranty. It would be wonderful if these guys could just ship something that worked on one of the first two tires.in the end, these guys are like talking to a bunch of hoods on the at the mall. Thier information and company image looks good on the web, but their business model is flawed. Talked to Steve Harper... Same questions, said I had a really rude customer support person. He said "there are 21 of them out there and he can keep track of what all of them say". I wouldn't bother doing business with them.
