EPCParts ripoff electronically debiting bank account every month Chatsworth

Okay - I bought a laptop from them online: It was advertised through Sierra College website as a special offering for college employees and instructors. I ordered one. After much hassling over the phone with a guy named Mike Adams, I finally did, in fact receive a computer. Should have been end of story! But no, today I find out that they have been electronically debiting my account for the last five months. The amounts are small enough, so they could have been easily overlooked.

I had authorized a one time echeck to pay for the computer, which is how they got my account data. The phone numbers are no longer active. The hotbuttons no longer link anywhere. The website is registereed to a Joeseph Romans at delicateinsite@aol.com, he also owns real estate in Carson City NV.

He and related companies are also listed heavily as spammers. I can only dispute the last 60n days worth of theft with my bank. I am sorry to say, but anyone who has done business with this company is greatly at risk.

I ordered the computer beginning of Sept. received it at the end of October, the debits began December 03. I think I was lucky, I actually got the product which seems to work okay. They are bundled with XP and opensource software (openoffice.

Since then, the exact add only posted by others has appeared on the college website. When I purchased the computer, I was offered a "deal" as a reseller." I'm glad I didn't do it.

Just now, we have a physical from the web for EPCParts: 20650 Bahama Street, Chatsworth, CA 91311. The Sales guy, Mike Adams in Chatsworth has a phone number! It is 818-999-4665.
