Poor customer service

Bought a docking station for my Notebook this online vendor DataQDirect they are doing have great costs but exactly what a fraud. They state cargo in 2 business evening... Yeh right first got it after 14 days after I'd to contact them cause they never email me their tracking number. However the toughest point was after I got the merchandise it did not match my notebook - their site does not let you know what notebooks the docking station suits (is not that fundamental specification to possess for the clients) then when I named, they stated they acknowledge it's an error however they can't renounce the additional 20% procedure & selling charge I've to cover delivery... Exactly what a scammers.

While I mentioned; hello I am an initial time client and I-do wish to purchase the correct docking station from you although additional sites promote it for less; they described, there's nothing to complete for you personally we're a little organization and we're dropping cash with this - exactly what a laugh!
