On August 4, Cellular Test Signals/AVL Advertising evidently delivered a text to my telephone and upon studying the written text, was instantly billed $9.99. Upon speaking with my mobile phone provider, this can be a typical exercise by Mobil Test Signals/AVL Advertising organization. Really devious and deceptive method to conduct business. Wish "wording" claims free, does not mean it's free. Texters beware.
