I paid for the service to carrier unlock my iphone.

The site promised it could unlock my phone on ios 4.3.5.

Once paid, received details for jailbreaking-which required a downgrade in ios, and the details for a carrier unlock which was not compatible with my phone.
I have sent numerous support emails, and am yet to receive a response. I did however receive a 'courtesy email' which provided my billing information and that was it. I want a refund!!!
