James Called to tell me that the company that supplies my ink and tonor ran out and are outsourcing them to supply me with the ink and tonor that I need until they get more in. Unknown

Here's the scam, Graphic labs calls up an unassuming person in a hospital and tells them that the company that they normally get thier ink/tonor from is currently out and they are just supplying it until the contracted company can supply it again. They get a verbal approval from someone saying "OK, deliver it" and then they send it at five times the price. They then, want payment and call immediatly looking for thier money. When they don't get it they (in my case James) threatens legal action. What they are doing is fraudulous and there is no way that they can sue anyone for delivering ink/tonor when it was not ordered.
